"Carlton and his crew tackled the cleaning of the acoustical clouds and literally went above and beyond. In just a few days’ time they accomplished what hadn’t been done in 50 years. Using a 105’ Reachmaster atrium lift, they fearlessly vacuumed clean each and every panel with great care. They were very conscious of our time line for the overall restoration, and with their diligence we were able to keep right on schedule.
